Trust Your Process

You cannot be ahead or behind.

No one in this life is further ahead of you or further behind you.

No one is better than you or worse than you.

Everyone is undergoing the same process: the journey back to love.

Love is an undercurrent infusing every single moment of our lives, and we all have a different set of circumstances until we are ready to feel that love.

Everyone has a different process until they are ready to let the love in.

People act like they know how others are “progressing” by their career, relationship status, or financial status. They think this is an accurate gauge of where people are in their process.

This couldn’t be further from the truth.

The man who seems to have it all could be living a loveless existence and the man who seems to have nothing could be living a love-infused existence.

The man connected to love has everything. And the man disconnected from love has nothing.

Sometimes I think about Eckart Tolle’s life. He was studying at one of the most prestigious universities in the world (Cambridge) but he was fighting crippling depression.

He gave up everything to meditate on a park bench. He gave up everything and became homeless.

He had nothing. But he had finally surrendered to the presence of love… and in that, he had everything.

Please don’t judge yourself on your path. It's impossible to know from your human perspective what is awakening you to more love.

Trust God.

Trust your process.

Love is always there to guide you.
